How do I place an order?

Browse products, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your details, and confirm payment. You’ll receive an order confirmation email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayNow, and other payment wallet.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes! We use SSL encryption and partner with trusted payment gateways. We never store your credit card details.

What are your delivery areas?

We currently deliver to all addresses in Singapore. International shipping is not available at the moment.

How long does delivery take?

Our delivery will take between 3–7 business days.

What if I’m not home during delivery?

The courier will leave a missed-delivery notice. You can reschedule or collect the package from a designated pickup point.

What is your return policy?

You may return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 7 for a refund or exchange. See our Returns & Exchanges Policy for details.

How do I initiate a return?

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive your returned item.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

Contact us immediately. We’ll replace or refund defective items.

How do I reset my password?

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page. We’ll send a reset link to your registered email.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Contact us ASAP. Changes are only possible if your order hasn’t been processed or shipped.

Why didn’t I receive an order confirmation email?

Check your spam/junk folder. If it’s missing, contact us with your payment details to confirm the order.

Are products in stock updated in real-time?

We strive to update inventory regularly, but occasional discrepancies may occur. If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you promptly.

Do you offer product warranties?

Warranties vary by product. Check the product description or contact us for details.

Can I request a product that’s out of stock?

Yes! Email us, and we’ll notify you when it’s restocked.
