At Dip Swim, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. This policy outlines the terms for placing orders, processing times, delivery procedures, and your rights as a customer in Singapore.
1. Order Confirmation
- Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase.

2. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays in Singapore).
- Stock Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email and offer a refund or replacement.
3. Delivery Areas
- We currently deliver to addresses within Singapore (mainland and offshore islands).
- International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time.
4. Delivery Options & Timelines
- Standard Delivery:
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after processing.
5. Delivery Fees
- Fees vary based on delivery speed and order size:
- Standard Delivery: $5 (free for order over $100)
- Fees are displayed at checkout.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.
7. Failed Deliveries
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package:
- The carrier will attempt redelivery 1–2 times.
- After failed attempts, the order will be returned to us, and a refund will be issued minus shipping fees.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Pre-Processing: You may cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placement by contacting us.
- Post-Processing: Once your order is processed, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your order does not arrive within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us for investigation.
- Damaged Items: Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
10. Public Holidays & Delays
Deliveries may be delayed during Singapore public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, courier delays). We will notify you of significant delays.
