1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you may request a return, exchange, or refund within 14 days of delivery. - You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number) and evidence of the issue (e.g., photos/videos).

Change of Mind:
We accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items within 7–14 days of delivery, provided: - The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags/labels intact.
- The item is not excluded from returns (see Section 4).
2. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
- Contact Us:

- Include your order number, reason for return, and supporting evidence (if applicable).
- Approval Process:
- We will review your request and notify you of approval/denial within 3–5 business days.
- Return Shipping:
- For change of mind returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- For defective/damaged items: We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange pickup.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable for change of mind returns.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Intimate items (e.g., underwear, swimwear) for hygiene reasons.
- Digital products (e.g., software, e-books).
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
6. Singapore Consumer Rights
Under Singapore’s Lemon Law, consumers are entitled to remedies (repair, replacement, or refund) for defective goods within 6 months of delivery. This applies even if your return window has expired, provided the defect existed at the time of delivery.
