Product Description

5.1 The Company guarantees a fixed return of 3% per annum, calculated on a simple interest basis
unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Interest will only be payable if the Employee completes a full continuous calendar year (12
months) of participation.
5.3 Interest is accrued annually and paid upon:
· Completion of 12 months, or
· Withdrawal under qualifying conditions
